Our home has custom woodwork, hardwood floors, 10-foot ceilings and eight-foot doors throughout. Located on the top floor within the great main living area is the fully stocked kitchen, with custom cabinetry and stainless steel commercial-grade appliances, which was designed with a gourmet chef’s dream in mind. Decor double ovens and warming drawer, Bosch 6-burner natural gas range and a sub-zero refrigerator ensure that this kitchen will deliver fantastic meals on holidays and large family gatherings. For the coffee drinkers, the kitchen has both a Keurig and 14 cup Cuisinart drip coffee maker. The beautiful dining room table comfortably seats 14 and the granite breakfast bar seats four. Did we mention the joy of cooking and entertaining while taking in the views of Lake Tahoe?
The expansive main living area on the top floor is tastefully furnished by Restoration Hardware. The main living area boasts 14-foot wood-beamed cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows to perfectly frame the lake and mountain views. A gorgeous fireplace and huge patio deck (with a gas BBQ and dining table that seats 14) is perfect for Tahoe-style al fresco dining and relaxation all while deepening your appreciation of Tahoe’s beauty!
The master bedroom suite (5th bedroom and bath) will leave you in awe. You’ll wish your stay could last forever! The bedroom, lounge area and massive bathroom have 270-degree views of Lake Tahoe. A beautiful double-sided fireplace separates the sleeping area from the large sitting lounge. King size bed, furniture and linens all by Restoration Hardware.
The luxurious master bathroom is one you’ll be talking about for years to come. Take in the splendor of Tahoe as you relax in the large jetted tub that features a fireplace and TV. The enormous jetted shower is the real showstopper: large enough to shower 12 people comfortably (yes 12!) and with views all the way to Tahoe’s north shore. To complete the luxury of this decadent space, the bathroom has large double vanities, double sinks and “his & her” separate, private toilets (“hers” with a bidet).
The game room and full bar on the lower level offers perfect entertainment and fun for adults and kids alike. Enjoy competition level foosball, an Arcade-purchased “Aerosmith” pinball machine, electronic video poker, a new multi video arcade game, chess, poker cards or simply enjoy your favorite team on the 75 inch TV. The game room bar area includes a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and icemaker.
The lower level has the home’s 1st bedroom and bath “THE PONDEROSA ROOM” with a queen bed and a huge en suite full bathroom. Wake up to views of the morning’s sunrise over Lake Tahoe in the comfort of this intimate bedroom.
The home’s second floor contains the smaller living area / movie screening room. This is the “THUNDERBIRD ROOM:” This space is so much fun! Views of the lake, fireplace, 65” TV and luxurious Italian sofa that seats 7 adults comfortably. This room is ideal for fun movie nights on a snowy Tahoe day. Off of the living room area, you will find a private work area, full laundry room and three awesome bedroom and bath suites.

3RD BEDROOM / 3RD BATH “THE BOAT ROOM”
This beautiful bedroom, designed with the iconography of Tahoe’s boating lifestyle, has one king size bed and a luxurious en suite full bathroom with a jet tub for two, a separate double head jet shower and a walk in closet. Also includes a 46” TV and access to the second floor lake view patio and hot tub.
4TH BEDROOM / 4TH BATH “THE SKI ROOM”
The Ski Room is a wonderful ”staging area” for special events and weddings. This bedroom, with a king bed and en suite bath, designed with the awesome imagery of Tahoe’s deep skiing culture, makes this space perfect for events and large gatherings because of the expansive separate vanity and powder rooms. This bedroom also includes a 46” TV and access to the second floor lake view patio and hot tub.
Parking can accommodate 6 cars (three in the driveway and three in the huge garage.)
And if you “must” sneak in some work during your stay, the home is equipped with a private work area and WiFi throughout the house.

> Parking is somewhat limited here with six allowed spots with no street parking allowed. There is a nice large garage for you to use. We also have noise meters installed for the benefit of our neighbors and to help you from getting fined, and an outdoor front entry way camera.
> We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breech of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges
> This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
> This home sits in a quiet (mostly residential) neighborhood and therefore extra consideration should be made to keep the noise down.
> Noise meters inside and outside area on each deck and at front door, cameras recording front and back locations of home.

This is a new home as we just purchased the home a little over a year ago and have remodeled it. We are excited to have you as our guest. The game room offers fun games for kids and adults.
