The vacation home rental is four streets away from Lake Tahoe and popular beaches and just a few minutes drive to Heavenly Ski Resort’s California Lodge. Also, just 2.4 miles to the Gondola, Heavenly Village, and the Casinos.

The home is half of a duplex that is nestled in the breathtaking beautiful mountains of South Lake Tahoe and near the base of Heavenly Ski Mountain. Right out the door is a biking, hiking, or Lake Tahoe beaches.

The home is professionally cleaned, maintained and stocked with shampoo, soap, quality towels and linens. We provide enough towels (beach towels too!) and linens for the amount of guests that are booked to stay with you 🙂

These wonderful bungalows are located in the Al Tahoe neighborhood and are just minutes to all activities and amenities of the Heavenly Village (the Ski Shuttle stops every 15-30 minutes at the end of your street), the fabulous Ski Slopes of the Heavenly Resort is the perfect mountain for all ability levels- and the shopping and dining mecca of Tahoe, not to mention our other 2 ski mountains (Kirkwood and Sierra at Tahoe). Enjoy the surrounding mountain activities from your private home away from home or take a leisurely walk to the Lake.

Summer or Winter, the Tahoe bungalows offer a great location to all our mountain activities – Alpine and Cross Country Skiing; Hiking; Biking and Gold Medal Fishing-just to name a “few”!

Kitchen:
Modern with granite counters, Hickory wood cabinetry, new kitchen appliances. Includes dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee machine, toaster, tea kettle and all the cookware necessary to make your favourite home cooked meals.

There is a convenient ski/snowboard locker to safely stash your snow gear in while you stay here. No more hassling with where to put all of your skis, snowboards and ski poles on your vacation. We also provide boot and glove dryers so you are ready to get on the slopes each morning.

1 bedroom, 1 bath winter getaway condo located in Al Tahoe neighborhood on the local bus route that takes you straight to Heavenly Village.
It offers Fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, patio and outdoor grill, plenty of storage for your equipment, free parking and bus that runs until 2am, if you wanted to!
It can sleep 4 people comfortably, 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the pull out sofa.

You can walk to:
The mini-grocery store, taqueria, sub shop, coffee shop/bagels, bike rentals, small boutiques, Ski Rental, Stand-Up Paddle board rentals, and ski shuttles within minutes.

Code for door with easy driving directions is provided in your initial email from Airbnb when you book with us.

Propane BBQ and outside dining table is for you to use. Propane is provided.

Gated area on left side of the house is yours to use to safely store your rental bikes, SUPs, kayaks and any beach gear you bring with you.

Like to play poker? Ask if there is room at the table for Poker night! Meet a great group of locals – Poker night is Wednesday nights at 7pm next door (Roman’s House), Texas Hold’em.

In your reservation itinerary provided by Airbnb (via the airbnb app) you can auto-connect to WiFi by clicking on “more info” next to WiFi.

Our neighborhood is the best place to be anywhere at the Lake if you like summer activities!
One of the few neighborhoods in Tahoe that has walking access to 3 beaches.

Just down the street at the Lakeview Commons you can enjoy the Wednesday night Paddle board races and Thursday nights “Live at Lakeview” music series with lots of good food and vendors.

Very close access to Bus routes and walking distance to many stores, restaurants and visitor center. Easy access to slopes via BluGo or simply walk 5 minutes to the beach.

Bike Rentals are super easy and affordable! There is a LimeBike hub just across the street! Simply download the LimeBike app on your Android or iPhone, find a bike on the map, and unlock the bike with the tap of the app.

In the winter you are just a few minutes drive to the ski lifts and in the summer you can walk to the beach and paddle board drop-in location. There are bike rental and Paddle Board rental shops just a block away.

In order to comply with the City of South Lake Tahoe’s Vacation Rental Ordinance for occupancy and parking the exterior of this home is monitored by a video camera. The Property has one security cameras facing the front yard/driveway area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons only, In the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.

Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
