For this condo, there is access via a stairway from the main deck. You will have a completely private stay and private entrance, the only shared space is the HOA Pool and HotTub.
Also, this is in a building with 2 other AirBnb’s. If you have questions about how/where to access the front door, please do not hesitate to ask. There is a private entrance. Wifi Access is available and TV is provided with Charter. World class hiking trail (Pacific Rim Trail) is available right around the corner!
Gather the shopaholics in your crew and head to the Heavenly Village Mall, featuring excellent shopping, dining, pubs (there’s a Speakeasy too!) & rental shop options. Need an afternoon pick-me-up? You’re in luck; there’s a Starbucks at Heavenly Village.
Surprise the kids with a stop at the Nestles Cookie store or ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery. You can ski down to the Heavenly Village from the Stagecoach Chairlift and get tune-up for your skis, grab a bite at Basecamp Pizza, Azul Tacos, California Burger, Poke Rock, FIre & Ice Grill, or load up on more gear at Patagonia or Northface!
In the summer months, play a round of golf at Edgewood Golf Course – it’s just quick drive “down the hill”. Up for a hike? Pack a picnic and hit the nearby Tahoe Rim Trail and enjoy stunning views of the Lake and the Sierras. Don’t forget water and sunscreen – Tahoe’s elevation can reach 10,000 feet!

The neighborhood is conveniently located with a Restaurant up the street (Fox and the Hound) as well as a small market with everything you need!
Public transportation is available with the local bus that comes all the way up to tramway drive from Stateline. Additionally, Uber and Lyft are always a good option. Hiking trails are available all around the area!
The Pool and Jacuzzi are available in a publicly accessed location just up the street from the AirBnB.

In order to comply with the Douglas County’s Vacation Rental Ordinance for occupancy and parking the exterior of this home is monitored by a video camera. The Property has one exterior camera facing the front yard/entryway area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons only, In the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.
Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the camera is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
