This beautifully updated home is filled with Tahoe charm in a great neighborhood. The 11,500+ square-foot lot set up is prime with an expansive lawn in the front and a fenced backyard. A long, large driveway offers parking for large trucks and vehicles. The garage is Not available for use, but the driveway is large enough to fit four trucks or five regular SUVs. You may park a boat trailer at this location with no fine.

This home sleeps seven with two queen beds and one queen/twin bunk. The interior of the home features an open floor plan that is great for entertaining. The kitchen has been updated over the last few years with beautiful moss colored cabinetry, granite counter tops, a black granite sink with a new garbage disposal, a gas range double oven, a beverage cooler and GE profile stainless steel appliances.

The yard is a prime spot to catch some rays and barbecue and hang out by the gas fire pit during the warmer months. We do not provide propane in the winter time, and if you stay longer than two days you are responsible for your own propane for barbecuing. In nice weather, enjoy the large patio area and grill. In colder weather, warm up in the hot tub or stretch out in front of a warm fire after a day of skiing.

We worked hard for this little place in paradise and are sharing it at a reasonable price for guests. We expect that you’ll respect it as much as we do, and trust that you will leave it clean, less the towels and linens.

Gas fireplace: The thermostat is closest to the front door. Please turn it down if you are leaving for the day. Do NOT turn up past 71 degree’s. Do NOT touch if you don’t understand gas fireplaces and how they work with a thermostat.

You are just minutes away from the water and easy 5 minute drive to the marina to put your boat in the water or strap on your ski gear. Uber drive from this location to the Casinos is on average $20.00.
