This home is was designed and built with Skiers/Snowboarders in mind. It has close proximity to the local Heavenly Ski Resort Ski Shuttle, a full kitchen with granite countertops and eat-in island, a bathtub for the apres’ soaking of tired muscles, washer/dryer (throw your ski socks in the dryer before hitting the slopes!), and a cozy fireplace to snuggle up to.

Door code to front entry door will be provided week of stay along with easy driving directions. Easy access to slopes via BluGo or simply walk 5 minutes to the beach.
In the winter you are just a few minutes drive to the lifts and in the summer you can walk to the beach and paddle board drop-in location.

The home is nestled in the breathtaking beautiful mountain valley of South Lake Tahoe and near the base of Heavenly Ski Mountain. Right out the door is a biking, hiking, or Lake Tahoe beaches. Al Tahoe neighborhood has the highest “Walkable” score on the SOuth Shore of Tahoe
You can walk to the grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop/bagels, post office and ski shuttles within minutes.
Very close access to Bus routes and walking distance to many stores, restaurants and visitor center.
The backyard is a shared space with the Airbnb guests in the back cabin.
In order to comply with the City of South Lake Tahoe’s Vacation Rental Ordinance for occupancy and parking the exterior of this home is monitored by a video camera. The Property has one exterior camera facing the front yard/driveway area and one facing the backyard area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons only, In the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.
Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
