LIVING AREAS
Ample Sun light brightens the space in an expansive open living space. There’s plenty of space to spread out between three bar stools, two cushioned chairs and a comfy hide-a-bed couch, and a 50″ TV awaits for your movie nights. Also a half bath is located on this floor.
Dining room table is large and seats 7 comfortably for your dinner gatherings and game nights. You will also enjoy the brand new Foosball table for added entertainment.
Kitchen is equipped with everything you will need, microwave, oven, electric range refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and garbage disposal. All dishes and cooking utensils you should need are in place. Please leave a note if you recommend we add something to our space to help our guests enjoy their stay.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
All 2 bedrooms are located one floor up from the living area.
The tastefully furnished master bedroom features a king bed, a 40” TV. An en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination, and a balcony.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. Also a 26” TV with a DVD player. An en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and a balcony with a spiral stair case that goes down to the deck off the dining room.
The Hideabed in the living room is a queen size for extra sleeping space.
EXTRA AMENITIES
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. There’s also parking for two cars in the garage.
Please make sure the other residents are able to get by your vehicles and are not blocking anyone else garage.

The entire condo, balcony, two car garages and decks are all available to use.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction.T his home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted.

THE LOCATION
Drive 10 minutes to Zephyr Cove Resort to arrange boat cruises, rent powerboats, or simply lounge on a mile-long beach. If you prefer Nevada Beach is spacious and only a 6 minute drive. You can pay to park or park outside the gate and walk in for free.
Cruise approximately 6 minutes to the Boulder and Stagecoach Lodges at Heavenly Ski Resort. Enjoy quick access to all-season outdoor recreation including hiking and biking on the Tahoe Rim Trail that borders the lake.
A local grocery store, pharmacy, and Marriott Village are a 6-minute drive away, and the Casinos such as Harrahs, Harveys, and MonteBlue.
